{"id":911,"date":"2020-07-06T11:45:21","date_gmt":"2020-07-06T18:45:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bahaischools.org\/virtual-school\/?page_id=911"},"modified":"2020-07-13T14:08:42","modified_gmt":"2020-07-13T21:08:42","slug":"junior-youth-spiritual-empowerment-program-ages-11-12","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/bahaischools.org\/virtual-school\/schedule\/junior-youth-spiritual-empowerment-program-ages-11-12\/","title":{"rendered":"Junior Youth Spiritual Empowerment Program Ages 11 &#8211; 12"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Dates:<\/strong> Saturday, July 25 &#8211; Wednesday, July 29, 2020<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Time: <\/strong>9:15 am &#8211; 10:15 am <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Presenters:<\/strong><br>Carmel Mehrabkhani<br>Liz Archer<br>Sabbah Moffedi<br>Nasrin Kamali<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each session the junior youth will learn, share and reflect about one moral virtue; the content of the lessons and stories will be centred around the life of \u2018Abdu\u2019l-Bah\u00e1 and will be intended&nbsp;to help the junior youth connect and make positive&nbsp;decisions by&nbsp;exploring concepts such as humility, kindness, justice, and honesty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The stories and lessons will help them develop their powers of <strong>expression, critical thinking skills, and comprehension skills.<\/strong> Each session starts with a small opening prayer, check-in\/question of the day, followed by a lesson and storytelling\/story reading about the life of \u2018Abdu\u2019l-Bah\u00e1. The lessons will be interactive and allow the junior youth to participate and share their thoughts and ideas.
