REGISTRATION DEADLINE: July 18, 2026 (or until places are filled)
ACCOMMODATION: As this venue is a Scout camp, participants may either camp, find a room locally in Nanaimo, or commute. There are two options for camping accommodations at Camp Caillet – with your own tent and camping gear, or with your camper/trailer without any hookups.
We have 20 tent spaces and 10 spots available for all camping trailers. Though there is no parking at the tenting areas, parking is available on site.
REGISTRATION is completed upon payment and will be capped at 130 participants, and then a wait list will be created. The registration fee is generally non-refundable.
Registration priority will be given to participants attending the entire weekend (staying until Sunday at 2:00).
Day visitors need to register in advance in respect of our kitchen volunteers who work hard to prepare and plan ahead.
SCHOOL REGISTRATION FEES – school is from Friday 5 PM to Sunday 2 PM. The fee includes food, program and tenting space if needed. There is no fee reduction if staying off site because the camp charges for day use, not overnight guests.
- Adults/Youth (15+ years old): $125
- Child/JY (5-14 years old): $75
- Pre-school Child (0-4 years old): Free
- Family rate: $250 (parents with children 0-18 years of age – if you require the family rate, please email schools.midisland@bc.bahai.ca)
- Adult/Youth (15+years old) day visitor: $75
- Child/JY (5-14 years old) day visitor: $40
Food Policy: We will provide some vegetarian and gluten-free options. If you have any other dietary concerns please bring your own supplementary meal and snack items.
