STEP 1: BOOK AND PAY FOR YOUR ACCOMMODATION
Onsite or offsite accommodation is paid separately from your School Registration!
BOOKING ONSITE ACCOMMODATION AT NARAMATA CENTRE:
- The ONSITE ACCOMMODATION BOOKING DEADLINE was at NOON on MARCH 20, 2026.
- Bookings before March 20: You will pay 50% of the cost of your accommodation fee when booking and the remaining 50% will be charged the week before arrival. Onsite accommodation can be cancelled without penalty up to March 20, 2026. Bookings after March 20: the Naramata Centre policy is that the accommodation fees are non-refundable and you will be responsible for the remaining 50% due.
- Onsite camping and lodging space is limited . Please book only the space required for you and your group.
- NEW! This year you have the option of purchasing an extra night stay before and/or after the regular school program to enjoy more social time with others. The school program would begin at 5:00 PM Friday and end at 10:00 AM Sunday but you could book Thursday evening and/or Sunday evening accommodation as an optional extra stay. Outside of Friday at 5:00 PM to Sunday at 10:00 AM, you would be responsible for your own meals in your accommodation space or nearby dining. You would only have access to the Chapel venue space, your accommodation common areas, and outdoor common areas (including Creekside Commons for campers).
- REGISTRANTS UNDER 19 YEARS OF AGE MUST BE SUPERVISED BY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN OR AN ADULT SPONSOR WITH WRITTEN APPROVAL
- Please note the children and/or junior youth programs will be held in the shared spaces of the Maple Court 100 and 200 buildings during the days.
- While the Naramata Centre gratefully accepts donations for their non-profit organization, these do not go towards the cost recovery of the Southern Interior Bahá’í School. There is a place to donate directly to the Bahá’í school under STEP 2: Register for the School.
- After you pay for your accommodation fee booking, a message on screen will say “Thank you for submitting your registration”- and an email that states “Thank you for registering for Bahá’í Summer School at Naramata Centre, June 5 – 7, 2026.” PLEASE NOTE this is not the school registration but rather the accommodation registration.
- The Naramata Centre accepts major credit cards as a payment method.

STEP 2: REGISTER FOR THE SCHOOL
The REGISTRATION DEADLINE is NOON March 20 , 2026 and will close at 140 registrants. REGISTRATION HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO REACH OUR GOAL OF 140 REGISTRANTS!
- The Registration fee after the deadline is generally non-refundable (with the exception of extenuating circumstances such as hospitalization or death in your immediate family). If the school recovers its costs fully, a partial or whole refund may be forthcoming as circumstances permit.
- Please read “Features of the Venue” and “Naramata Centre Policies” below before registering!
SCHOOL REGISTRATION FEES Friday 4 PM to Sunday 10 AM (these do not include your accommodation fees). The School Registration Form accepts major credit cards or a co-branded Visa or Mastercard with an Interac logo purchased at a bank or retailer as payment methods.- Adults (26+ years): $80
- Youth (15-25 years): $70
- Junior Youth (11-14years): $60
- Child (5-10 years): $50
- Pre-School Child (0-4 years): $30

- The Chapel is a versatile gathering space that will accommodate medium-sized groups. This beautiful space accommodates renewal and mindfulness.

- Creekside Commons – This is a covered outdoor venue for campers use with an outdoor kitchen featuring a stove, BBQs and three refrigerators. Great gathering space for meals.
- Columbia Hall is the largest space and can hold the largest number of guests in a variety of configurations which includes:

- Campsite showers and washrooms
- Stunning Setting – from a secret garden to contemplative labyrinth to a sprawling beach

NARAMATA CENTRE POLICIES:
- Smoking Policy: The grounds and all buildings are all smoke-free, including but not limited to vaporizers, e-cigarettes, marijuana and tobacco products.
- Pet Policy: Pets are permitted in pet-friendly designated rooms and campgrounds. Pets must be on a leash or in a carrier and under owner supervision at all times when outside of your pet-friendly designated room, tent, trailer or RV. - Photo Policy: Naramata Centre staff, volunteers, and friends will be taking photos or videos of people and events throughout your stay to use in marketing materials such as our website, our newsletter, and our social media accounts. By participating in our programs and/or by being on the Naramata Centre site, you are authorizing Naramata Centre with the rights to use and permanently retain any/all photographs, audio and video recordings taken during your stay at Naramata Centre.
- Noise By-Law / Community Quiet Time: We ask all guests to keep the peace after 10:30 PM through 7:00 AM. All outdoor music must cease no later than 10:30 PM. Guests who disturb the peace will be asked to leave. Violations may also result in fines of $250 per incident.
- Clean Up Policy: A cleaning fee of $250 per location or incident will be charged should the venue/accommodation not be returned to its original state.
- Onsite accommodation check-in is at 4PM and check-out is at 10AM.
