2020 BC Virtual School
The Regional Schools Coordinating Committee is thrilled to report having had a wonderful collaborative experience with many volunteers to deliver our very first virtual summer school in 2020 with the theme ‘Following in the Footsteps of ‘Abdu’l-Bahá’. The school ran from the evening of Friday, July 24 to the evening of Wednesday, July 29. Some recordings and handouts from this school are available on the Archive and Resources page. There were programs for children from ages 5 to 10; for junior youth from 11 to 12, and 13 to 15, and for youth/adults. In these times of social distance, we were so grateful our spirits were able to mingle and learn together for this six-day gathering!
The programs were planned with the hope of educating and inspiring Baháʼí’s and their friends and co-workers. Registration was limited to ensure quality interaction with presenters and co-participants, and we are pleased to say it was a great success! We look forward to seeing you all again in the future!
